Our non-contracted IT support services are often referred to as our Pay As You Go IT Support plan. If for whatever reason our Contracted Services aren’t right for you, then you can sign up to this reactive IT support service.

We do an in depth IT audit on your system, as we would do for any contracted client, and then you’re free to call us whenever you want and we will react to your problems on an individual basis. Note that our contracted clients get priority over our PAYG customers. Our contracted clients also have access to considerable years of knowledge for IT advice, and our approved contractors and suppliers.

• No call out charges
• You just pay for what you use, with a minimum billing period of one hour.
• Support provided by phone, remote access or onsite visits

• Most peripherals – printers, scanners, cameras, etc
