Our Contracted Support Services proactively look after your server and networked PC’s on a regular basis so you don’t have to worry. Support contracts provide a good value way of getting the best out of your investment in computers and network, as well as getting a priority response when things go wrong.
Traditional computer support contracts provide essential support when things go wrong, but Peakweb’s service agreements are different. In return for your commitment to spend a particular minimum amount with us (this depends on number/age/type of computers and network), we commit to keep your IT equipment in good running order, to advise you on the best technology for your business, and to be your virtual IT department. That means you will see a lot more of us as we’ll schedule in regular visits; maybe a couple of times a week for a larger company to only once per quarter for the smallest of companies.
A Service Contract provides:
- Regular computer and network maintenance checks
- Telephone, Remote and On-site Computer and software support for:
- PC Computer hardware
- MS Windows software – all versions
- MS Office packages – all versions
- Quickbooks / KashFlow
- General help on most software packages
- Software installation and removal
- Verification of Virus / spy-ware protection
- Fully managed antivirus system (optional)

- Scheduled onsite proactive visits ranging from daily through to weekly, monthly or quarterly
- Full monitoring of your system. Any issues are identified and reported to the advanced monitoring systems in our office every fifteen minutes throughout the day and night, every day of the year.
Our contract customers also benefit from a reduced hourly rate and because you have a fixed monthly fee you can budget for your IT expenditure.
