PC Support
Peakweb provides general maintenance and trouble shooting support for all types of PC and server and for all versions of Microsoft Windows.
We also provide software support for most Microsoft Office products, including Project and Visio. We have used Intuit Quickbooks accounting software for many years and are happy to help with queries on this.
Contracts
If required for easy budgeting support may be provided through a low cost annual contract which works out at from only £7/month per PC. (There are discounts for schools and charitable organisations.) This can cover :
- 8am to 8pm Telephone Helpdesk for user friendly technical advice in a non-technical way
- PC Service / Healthcheck for each pc covered
- Regular personal contact and complete peace of mind
- Dial-in/VPN support may be possible to solve problems remotely thus increasing effectiveness and reducing time required on site
- Cost of both replacement parts and fitting.
PC Training
Training can be given for the complete PC novice through to experienced personnel. This ranges from an "Introduction to using the office PC" incorporating the basics of word processing, spreadsheets, email and the Internet, to in-depth training on a particular project.
Replacement PCs
Peakweb builds PCs to order based on your specification or intended use. These come complete with operating system and software and offer great savings over shop prices.
